Business Development Manager Opportunity

Nurseplus is seeking an experienced recruitment and sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager in Darlington.

The successful candidate will support our clients in supplying staff across various sectors, including Disability Units, Mental Health Units, and Private Hospitals. With a focus on Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, this role offers the opportunity to work with prominent clients and drive branch growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business plans to achieve revenue targets.
