About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our Dog Operations Team as a Dog Rehomer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to customers while ensuring the best outcomes for the dogs in our care.

You will engage with customers looking to rehome a dog, identify potential matching dogs, and create rehoming profiles. Your role will also involve supporting daily management of dogs, identifying suitable rehoming criteria, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve the highest standards of animal welfare and care.
