Key Responsibilities:
Establish and nurture strong, reliable relationships with colleagues, children, and families, fostering collaboration between educational institutions and families.
Be equipped to tackle challenges proactively.
Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere that encourages children to feel happy and secure in their learning environment.
Provide guidance, advice, and support to both children and their families.
Assist families in navigating local services, completing necessary documentation, and participating in educational programs.
Support the development of social skills, emotional intelligence, and mental well-being.
Collaborate with a team to ensure each child is recognized and valued as an individual.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in supporting children and families.
Demonstrated compassion and understanding.
Relevant qualifications in social work, family support, or a related field.
Willingness to pursue additional training opportunities.
Current enhanced DBS check on the update service.
Thorough understanding of safeguarding principles.

All quoted pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role in the future.
