Key Responsibilities- Manage the creation, issuance, and filing of contractual documents, including contracts, agreements, and other related documents.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate the signing and return of contract documentation.
- Utilize electronic signing applications to streamline the contract authorization process.
- Update and maintain contract templates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Archive and electronically file all contractual and related documentation.
- Ensure accurate capture and filing of contractor onboarding documentation on the company's systems.
- Monitor and update document tracking systems to ensure awareness of outstanding and unsigned contracts.
- Support company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in a clerical administration role, preferably in a recruitment or contracting environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of electronic signing applications and document management systems.
- Strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
- An hourly rate of pay of £13.50.
