We are collaborating with a reputable accounting firm located in the Uckfield region that is in search of a Lead Outsourcing Accountant. This role involves managing the bookkeeping and financial accounts for a diverse client portfolio.

This innovative and expanding firm is on the lookout for dedicated professionals who are eager to contribute and evolve alongside the organization. There are numerous opportunities for career development and progression available, potentially leading up to Director level. This position is also ideal for an experienced Bookkeeper seeking a stable role with a local employer.

As a vital member of the team, your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Preparation and review of VAT submissions
  • Financial consolidations and cash flow analysis
  • Development of management accounts
  • Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships
  • Overseeing the work of junior staff and aiding in their professional development

We are particularly interested in candidates who possess experience in the accounting sector and demonstrate the following qualities:

  • A proactive and determined approach
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Prior experience with VAT and management accounting
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to foster client relationships

  • Ideally pursuing ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualifications (however, candidates with relevant experience will also be considered)
