The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trade capture, confirmation, settlements & reconciliations, PnL calculation and analysis, and supporting front office traders with ad-hoc requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade Operations & Support: Provide trading operations and support to the trading desk, ensuring seamless execution of trades and minimizing risk.
  • Trade Reconciliation: Reconcile trades and positions with clearing and prime brokers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of trade data.
  • Daily P&L Calculations: Perform daily P&L calculations and analysis, providing insights to front office traders and management.
  • Trade Capture & Reporting: Oversee the trade capture and P&L reporting functions for the desk, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Daily P&L Risk Management: Manage daily P&L risk, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the business.

Requirements:

  • Buy-Side Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in buy-side trading operations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, or another coding language.
