Theft Prevention Officer

Compensation, perks, and additional information:

What your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Mitigate and reduce incidents of theft, fraud, shrinkage, and other occurrences that lead to financial loss for GXO or its clients
  • Assess current operational procedures on-site across all contracts to pinpoint vulnerabilities and collaborate with upper management on risk reduction strategies
  • Assist the central Loss Prevention management team in performing routine security compliance evaluations
  • Take charge of enforcing the GXO security protocol on-site and manage the CCTV system operations

Qualifications for success at GXO:

  • At least two years of experience in Loss Prevention (or a related field) within Warehousing and Distribution
  • Proficiency in data management, utilizing Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Familiarity with CCTV surveillance systems
  • Ideally, certification in Wicklander-Zulawski (WZ) techniques
