About You

We are seeking an experienced professional who shares our passion for infection prevention and has a solid background in project management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage projects related to the delivery of outsourced decontamination services for reusable surgical instruments.
  • Support the Business Development and Operations teams in the preparation of tender responses, contract development, and implementation.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including STERIS, third-party vendors, suppliers, and customers in NHS sites.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation, and coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project delivery.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in managing contract mobilization and service-related projects.
  • A sound knowledge and understanding of quality compliance, standards, and regulatory requirements in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
  • Experience of managing budgets and coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software, such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet.
