About the Company:

Our client is an innovative biotechnology firm specializing in cell-based therapies. We are in search of a highly qualified and experienced Manufacturing Scientist to become a vital member of our dynamic MSAT team. This position presents a remarkable opportunity to play a key role in the development of state-of-the-art T cell therapies aimed at treating serious health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct batch production in compliance with GMP regulations.
  • Assist in the scaling up of manufacturing processes adhering to GMP standards.
  • Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch documentation.
  • Document all activities and deviations within the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Propose new methodologies to enhance and standardize operational processes.
  • Contribute to team efforts in conducting process risk assessments.
  • Ensure a clean and sterile work environment.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • BSc or MSc in Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Immunology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in a GMP manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with laboratory operations, particularly immunological cell-based assays.
  • Proficient in multi-parameter Flow Cytometry.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping skills.
