Working Hours:
This position requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, spread over 5 days, including some weekends and public holidays. Our operations are conducted during the day, ensuring no evening or split shifts, with typical hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Compensation:
The annual salary for this role is £28,000.
Contract Type:
This is a permanent position.
Role Responsibilities
As the Food and Beverage Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the entire operation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining high standards across the team, outlets, and food and drink services.
- Identifying opportunities for service enhancement and operational improvements.
- Supporting team development through recruitment, training, and mentoring.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and organizational policies.
- Setting and achieving financial objectives to boost income and profitability.
- Driving sales through effective resource management and exceptional customer service.
We provide a comprehensive induction tailored to your role, along with training in food safety and allergens. Additional professional development opportunities are available to further enhance your skills.
