Executive Chef Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team to deliver exceptional food quality and service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of chefs to ensure high-quality food production and presentation.
- Develop and implement menu plans, recipes, and food safety protocols to meet company standards.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to achieve budget targets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in a senior culinary role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent culinary skills, with a deep understanding of food safety and health regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Level 2 Food Safety certificate, HACCP, Allergens, and COSHH desirable.
- A competitive salary of up to £15 per hour, depending on experience.
- Paid every two weeks (fortnightly).
