Work Schedule: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, year-round.
Compensation: £25,44 FTE – ACTUAL £ 17,42 plus benefits and bonuses

Role Overview:
We are looking for a customer-focused House Manager who embodies the high standards of service we are known for. The primary responsibility of our House Manager is to enhance the quality of life for our residents while supporting their independence. This multifaceted role involves high-level customer service, front-of-house duties, and facilities management. The ideal candidate will foster a strong community among residents through event planning and regular communication to share updates and address their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome new residents and assist them in acclimating to their new homes.
- Provide a professional front-of-house experience, greeting all visitors warmly.
- Serve as the primary contact for residents, offering assistance and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with partners and suppliers to ensure the estate operates smoothly.
- Represent McCarthy Stone to residents' families and friends.
- Address resident concerns with sensitivity, maintaining confidentiality and respect for privacy.
- Manage the estate's gardens and grounds efficiently, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment.
- Encourage social engagement and help residents fully enjoy their retirement.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
