Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in Bolton. As a key member of our education team, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers in delivering high-quality education to students in Early Years, KS1, and KS2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Teachers in Lesson Delivery: Provide support to teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons to students in Early Years, KS1, and KS2.
  • Classroom Support: Assist with classroom activities, manage student behavior, and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Lesson Preparation: Support teachers in preparing lesson materials, resources, and equipment to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience.
  • Student Support: Provide individualized support to students with special needs, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance to succeed academically and personally.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Hold a Level 3 qualification as a Teaching Assistant or equivalent.
  • Experience: Possess experience working in a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of the curriculum and teaching methods.
  • Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different age groups and teaching styles.
