Job Overview:
A Senior Electronics Support Engineer is sought to become a vital part of the Andretti Cadillac Team at the new Silverstone Facility.

In this position, you will spearhead the Electronics Support team during trackside events, ensuring the operation, performance, and reliability of both on and off-car electronic systems.

As a member of Andretti Global, we are dedicated to excellence in every facet, fostering innovation and collaboration among team members for collective success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation and enhancement of on and off-car electronic systems
  • Ensure adherence to proper trackside protocols
  • Provide support for additional system requirements to high standards
  • Diagnose and resolve electronic system issues
  • Collaborate with FIA, suppliers, and technical partners

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in delivering track support in high-level motorsport
  • Familiarity with motorsport data acquisition and automotive electronic systems
  • Proficient in electrical schematics and wiring harness technology
  • Understanding of high voltage electrical systems in hybrid or electric vehicles
  • Strong IT skills and capability to work autonomously
  • Effective communication skills and ability to contribute to a diverse workplace culture
