Night Duty Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Duty Officer to join our team at Chelsea Cloisters, a large residential property with over 600 apartments and 250 rooms let short-term as a hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Reception team and act as a Night Duty Officer as required.
  • Maintain the safety of the building by monitoring the CCTV at Reception, keeping vigilant, and reporting any suspicious activity to security.
  • Handle complaints and find solutions to issues.
  • Perform Night Audit duties.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience and use of Front Office PMS required.
  • Ability to provide information to guests traveling around London and help resolve issues as they arise.
  • A hands-on professional with a natural ability to motivate, train, and inspire front office team members.
  • Excellent detailed knowledge of front office operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (any other language is an advantage), interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office required.

Additional Benefits:

Working Hours:

Full-time position – 3 days on 3 days off, 12-hour shifts. The Front Office operates 365 days a year, 24/7, so shifts may vary pending business levels and requirements.
