Specialized Fiduciary Officer II, IRA

Job Summary:

At Bank of America, we are committed to delivering exceptional client service and expertise in fiduciary management. As a Specialized Fiduciary Officer II, IRA, you will play a critical role in administering trusteed individual retirement accounts (TIRAs) and ensuring accurate and efficient account-level client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer TIRA accounts, performing routine administrative duties such as account maintenance, opening processes, and money movement and tax-related transactions.
  • Participate in projects, prepare reports, and conduct research to drive consistency in approach and results.
  • Serve as a technical expert for the team, sharing knowledge of fiduciary laws, regulations, standards of management, and internal fiduciary policies and procedures.
  • Manage, control, and mitigate fiduciary risks, addressing client issues and concerns.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of individual retirement account or Private Bank administrative or trust experience preferred.
  • Private Bank and Merrill systems experience a plus.
