About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEMH Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a Specialist Primary School in Northampton. The successful candidate will work with children aged 4-11 with a range of needs, including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and moderate learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with SEMH needs in a challenging but rewarding environment
  • Build trusting relationships with students and provide individual attention, reassurance, and help with living and learning tasks
  • Work collaboratively with the school team to develop and implement strategies to support student progress
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
