Job Title: Foundation Lecturer

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Foundation Lecturer to join our team at Slough & Langley College. As a Foundation Lecturer, you will play a vital role in leading and managing a group of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individual curriculum programs for students with disabilities, multiple learning difficulties, or other barriers to learning.
  • Provide a holistic education program, integrating the physical, academic, social, and emotional needs of individual students.
  • Teach on a range of full and part-time courses in subjects related to your skills and experience.
  • Contribute to the planning, delivery, and development of teaching and learning opportunities.
  • Manage and support students in the department, in accordance with the college's values and mission.
