Key Responsibilities- Assess the needs of children, young people, and families and develop intervention plans to prevent the need for specialist services.
- Provide direct work and casework with children, young people, and families to promote change and improve outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with other services to provide a comprehensive support network for families.
- Support parents and carers to reduce the negative impact of issues such as domestic abuse, parental mental health, and substance misuse on children and young people.
- Develop and maintain relationships with families, children, and young people to build trust and promote positive relationships.
