Senior Accountant

We are seeking a Semi Senior Accountant to join our team at a thriving firm of accountants in the Midlands.
About the Role
- Support a diverse client portfolio, including Limited Companies, Sole Traders, Partnerships, and LLPs.
- Prepare and submit statutory and management accounts.
- Prepare and submit income and expenditure accounts for clients as required.
- Manage and maintain accounting records.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns.
- Prepare and submit personal and corporate tax returns.
- Provide exceptional client service by supporting and answering queries.
- Liaise with HMRC.
- Supervise and review work completed by junior team members.
- Collaborate with the senior management team, including supporting Partners with projects.
- Contribute to the firm's growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.
- Support the team to streamline processes, modernize, and improve efficiencies.
