About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical and Electrical Engineer to join our Estates Department as a Mechanical and Electrical Manager. This is a key role that will play a critical part in ensuring the successful operation and maintenance of our premises and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Operational Manager in the management of the Estates Department, ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to staff and contractors on engineering and infrastructure matters.
  • Monitor the performance of plant and equipment, ensuring that it operates in accordance with HTM's and industry best practice.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure that all assets are maintained in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the Trust's premises and assets are installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with Trust policies and industry best practice.
