Gopuff is seeking a Senior Operations Associate to join the Operations team. As a key member of the Site leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high operational standards at our MFCs to deliver timely and accurate service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team during your shift, demonstrating a strong work ethic and setting a positive example for your colleagues.
  • Pick and pack items accurately and efficiently for dispatch to customers.
  • Support the management of Delivery Partners to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Receive and process product from vendors, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Manage stock levels and minimize waste, while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Support Health and Safety compliance and testing.
About You
  • You have experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as a restaurant, retail, or warehouse setting.
  • You possess strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • You are flexible and available to cover shifts during operational hours.
