**Commercial Property Solicitor Wanted**
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team at 2M Legal. As a key member of our property law team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on commercial property matters, including land acquisition and disposal, site assembly, and options and pre-emption agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Land Acquisition and Disposal: Assist clients in securing and selling land, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Site Assembly: Coordinate the assembly of sites, ensuring that all necessary agreements and contracts are in place.
- Options and Pre-emption Agreements: Draft and negotiate options and pre-emption agreements to secure clients' interests.
- Conditional Contracts and Promotional Agreements: Prepare and negotiate conditional contracts and promotional agreements to ensure clients' success.
- Planning: Guide clients through the planning process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Section 106, 278, and 38 Agreements: Manage the preparation and negotiation of these complex agreements.
- Plot Sales: Oversee plot sales from initial planning to final completion.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of commercial property law, including land acquisition and disposal, site assembly, and options and pre-emption agreements.
- Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
