Job Title: Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Support Worker to join our team at a children's home in Oldham. The successful candidate will provide 24-hour care and support for children with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism, who present with challenging behaviors.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a safe and loving home environment
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of individual care plans and support strategies

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
  • Full enhanced DBS and ability to provide references
