About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Employment Partner to join our team at JMC Legal Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable and forward-thinking law firm that prioritizes employee development, client satisfaction, and future growth.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Employment department, working with both employers and High Net Worth (HNW) employees. The role involves handling a high-quality caseload, building client relationships, and contributing to business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Employment department and manage a team of lawyers
  • Work with employers and HNW employees on a range of employment law matters
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Contribute to business development activities, including marketing and networking
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in employment law
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Experience in business development and marketing
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
