Discovery is seeking a curious and motivated individual to join the team as a Client Support Specialist during this exciting phase of expansion in both product and service offerings.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Client Support Specialist plays a crucial role in the Discovery business and is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, particularly in B2C environments. We are looking for individuals who possess a passion for problem-solving and exhibit confidence in their telephone communication skills. The key attributes for this position include a proactive attitude, practical thinking, and the ability to take initiative. Maintaining effective communication with both team members and customers, along with a natural curiosity, is essential.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responding to inbound calls and emails while providing effective resolutions
- Processing sales orders efficiently
- Addressing pre and post-sales inquiries and complaints
- Coordinating with third-party courier services on behalf of customers
- Collaborating with other departments to deliver solutions and answers for customers, such as lead times and product alternatives
- Promoting digital channels and educating customers on their usage
The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in a similar role or demonstrate a strong aptitude for the position.
