3rd Line Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our client's high-performing service desk team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, utilizing their expertise in a broad range of technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced technical support to clients, resolving complex issues through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to maintain expertise and provide innovative solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored support.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in MS365 and experience with VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Strong networking skills and knowledge of IT infrastructure.
