Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our residents. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering individualized care plans that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate the needs of residents, identifying areas for improvement and developing effective care plans
- Provide high-quality nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
- Supervise and mentor care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and resident outcomes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Experience working with older adults, preferably in a care home setting
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
