Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at Care UK, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure the delivery of excellent care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of solutions.

Requirements

  • NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience working with older adults, preferably in a care home setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
