Exciting Opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Gold Group. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the effective financial management of various packages of work across a portfolio of projects with a large housing association in the North West.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Control all project expenditure
  • Assist site teams with pre-start meetings covering planning & programming
  • Change management
  • Subcontractor procurement and commercial management
  • Work closely with the Contract Manager and subcontractors throughout the procurement process
  • Process payments
  • Attend project progress meetings
What We Offer:
  • Starting salary of up to £55,000
  • Car allowance of £5,000
  • 25 days leave + bank holidays
