Production Team Leader

Job Summary:
This role will be tasked with leading the Main Assembly production of our Remotely Operated Vehicles within our state-of-the-art facility. Providing direction, instruction, and guidance to the manufacturing teams to ensure operations are conducted safely, within budgets, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide for and monitor any training that team members may need.
- To drive the company's quality and safety initiatives, instructing the team on the proper use of safety equipment and knowledge of emergency procedures while reporting any incidents that occur.
- To ensure quality standards are maintained and improved, and all operations activities comply with regulations throughout the process.
- To ensure on-time delivery of Electrical subassemblies and finished components to internal and external customer requirements.
- To suggest and organize team-building activities.
- To recognize high performance and reward accomplishments within the team.
- To maintain good time management to minimize any wasted time and maximize productivity and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Electrical Engineering qualification (HNC level or equivalent).
- Leadership/coaching experience.
Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE):
- To contribute to the company's efforts to achieve a healthier, safer, and more sustainable working environment, driving quality and safety initiatives through own and other departments.
- To be responsible for ensuring, maintaining, and where possible improving quality standards through the implementation of the product and service quality strategy.
