Job Title: Team Leader - Hospitality

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Hospitality team at Whiteley Village Fareham. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Provide coaching and training to colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, stock levels, and cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
