About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially-driven Marketing Manager to lead our direct-to-consumer print marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing brand marketing plans across various DTC channels, with a particular focus on print, direct mail, and off-the-page advertising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute detailed marketing plans across DTC channels, both online and offline, to grow our customer database and improve Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).
  • Manage Print Campaigns: Manage and execute print campaigns, including Direct Mail, Off The Page Advertising, Insert Campaigns, and Retargeting Print Campaigns.
  • Oversee Budget and Partnerships: Oversee the budget for print marketing, negotiating with agencies to secure the best rates, and managing relationships with advertising partners.
  • Coordinate Direct Mail Campaigns: Coordinate Direct Mail campaigns, working closely with the Procurement team to identify cost savings and ensure optimal supplier agreements.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with Brand Managers and the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels.
  • Analyse Data and Inform Strategies: Utilise data insights to inform segmentation strategies and optimise campaign performance for maximum ROI.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in DTC Marketing: At least 3 years of experience in a DTC marketing role, preferably with a focus on print and direct mail.
  • Omni-Channel Marketing Experience: Experience with omni-channel marketing and a strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage complex marketing projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
