About the Role
M·A·C is the world's leading professional makeup authority, and we're looking for a talented Retail Artist to join our team in White City. As a Retail Artist, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating an inspiring in-store experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer service and create a unique in-store experience for each customer.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high standards of visual merchandising and create impact with in-store events.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive store environment that reflects the values of M·A·C.

Requirements
- A passion for makeup and customer service, with a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proof of right to live and work in the UK.
