About the Role
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Cosmetics Retail Artist to join our team at MAC Cosmetics in White City. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, showcasing our products, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on our products.
- Showcase our products and services to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling our products.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and trends.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- A passion for cosmetics and a desire to learn and grow with our brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country.
