Awards Executive Opportunity

Handle Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Awards Executive. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the events industry and fluent in Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute award programs, ensuring seamless communication with clients and driving new business opportunities.
  • Understand and follow established processes and systems to drive entries into award programs.
  • Grow the number of entries and revenue for assigned award programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key contacts at companies to encourage entries and judge participation.
  • Stay up-to-date on competitor award programs within the region.
  • Identify and engage new companies to participate in all award programs.
  • Curate a diverse and inclusive jury for award programs.
  • Ensure timely collection of award entry materials and processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service for all award-related queries.
  • Travel internationally for events and key meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English.
