Foreman - Toilet Division

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive team leader with exceptional communication skills to oversee our Toilet division at our depot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and allocate tasks to toilet service drivers to ensure that all products are cleaned and serviced to meet our standards and hire demands.
  • Address customer concerns regarding breakdowns, maintain a daily breakdown log, monitor response times, and report issues to the depot manager.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet company goals, considering factors like holidays and sick leave.
  • Inspect returned units/toilets for damages, including graffiti, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Complete and process all delivery, collection, and exchange paperwork accurately, and ensure workshop paperwork is submitted to the appropriate department.
  • Oversee daily vehicle checks by drivers and report any defects.
  • Manage parts requisitions, raise purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock reviews, and handle the packaging and dispatch of goods.
  • Test new units/toilets according to manufacturer recommendations before adding them to the fleet, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain and secure the Toilet Yard, ensuring designated areas are properly marked and organized, and that all areas are clean and hazard-free.
  • Enforce company procedures, particularly regarding Health & Safety, and ensure all team members are trained and equipped with the necessary PPE.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Prior supervisory experience.
  • Tacho Card holder.
  • Drivers CPC.

Requirements:

  • 7.5T Driving Licence.
