Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead projects from start to completion, overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including procurement, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Procurement and Supply Chain Management: Source and procure materials and services from suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring the best possible prices and quality.
  • Team Management: Manage and support a team of engineers and office staff, providing technical guidance and expertise as needed.
  • Estimating and Design: Assist in the preparation of estimates and designs for projects, including experience with design & build and pre-designed projects.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with site teams, designers, consultants, clients, architects, and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in mechanical contracts management, project management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with SimPRO is preferred.
  • Education: Relevant degree or training in a related field (desirable but not essential).
