About Our Client
A leading consulting firm is seeking a skilled Payroll Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the firm's payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of payroll administrators to ensure accurate and timely processing of payrolls.
- Collaborate with the payroll manager to deliver high-quality payroll services, including importing and reconciling uplifts to salaries and benefits.
- Liaise with the pension team to balance pension contributions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the payroll manager with HMRC RTI reporting and payment of taxes and NICs.
- Produce and reconcile reports for stakeholders, including P11D reporting and childcare voucher assessments.
- Import new starters, salary and cash allowances, and timesheet values to the payroll system.
- Reconcile PAYE and complete payment paperwork.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll, preferably in a consulting firm or accountancy environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and payroll systems.
