Job Summary

Attivo Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to provide dedicated support to our Associate Directors. As a key member of our Financial Planning team, you will be responsible for managing client records, maintaining CRM systems, and providing general administrative support to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input and maintain new business data in client management systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Financial Planning team, including meeting preparation and client inquiries.
  • Maintain CRM system to keep Financial Planners updated throughout the processing of business.
  • Onboard and offboard clients, including updating CRM and informing providers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience supporting a Financial Advisor or Planner.
  • Financial Planning qualifications.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
