About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paraplanner to join our team at enable recruitment | B Corp™. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planners in researching, analyzing, and preparing financial plans and reports for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist financial planners in researching, analyzing, and preparing financial plans and reports for clients.
  • Liaison and Communication: Liaise with product providers, clients, and other professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work within a close-knit team of paraplanners and administrators who are encouraged to challenge themselves in their development and support one another at all times.
  • Professional Development: Have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development.
  • Office-Based Role: This is a permanent full-time job, office-based in a central location.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Have at least a level 4 diploma in financial planning or equivalent, but preferably you are chartered or studying towards level 6 chartered status.
  • Experience: Have at least two years of experience as a Paraplanner or a similar role in the financial services industry, including experience with but not limited to pension and investment advice, IHT planning, and VCT/EIS products.
  • Skills: Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and you are able to work with complex and technical information. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy, and you can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
