  • Schedule appointments based on leads provided by the sales team.
  • Address customer inquiries through phone and email communication.

  • Provide accurate quotes for core services and follow up to gather feedback.
  • Compile weekly performance metrics for both active and inactive clients.
  • Assist in managing correspondence for Sales Managers during their absence.
  • Perform general administrative tasks via email.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in the freight sector, particularly in sales or customer service roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A background in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the logistics industry is a significant advantage.
Compensation

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £32,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
