Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate AI Development Specialist to join our team on a voluntary basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI technologies, including Python, Text-to-Speech (TTS), and Speech-to-Text (STT). As an AI Development Specialist, you will contribute to the development and optimization of our AI-powered tools, helping to automate and improve property management workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and enhance machine learning models.
- Implement and integrate TTS and STT functionalities into our platform.
- Assist in the development of AI-driven diagnostics and search features.
- Optimize existing code and models for better performance and accuracy.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in machine learning and software development.
- Conduct data analysis and pre-processing to support model training and evaluation.
- Work on real-world problems and contribute to delivering AI solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries.
- Basic understanding of and its applications in web development.
- Familiarity with Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Speech-to-Text (STT) technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.

- Prior experience with natural language processing (NLP) and related AI technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
