Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team at AJ FOX COMPLIANCE. As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring our organization's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct AML and CDD processes to identify and mitigate financial crime risks.
  • Analyze results and escalate issues where necessary to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement screening policies to identify PEPs, Sanctions, and Adverse Media.
  • Collaborate with fee earners, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality service.
  • Identify, report, and update compliance systems to address potential instances of non-compliance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a legal compliance environment, specifically within an AML role working within a law firm.
  • Familiarity with UK Sanctions and AML, CPF Regulations, and CTF.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
