Site Installation Manager Job Description

NES Fircroft Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Site Installation Manager to join our team. As a Site Installation Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of civil engineering and cable installation works on our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute civil engineering and cable installation works on our projects.
  • Manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on site.
  • Establish and demobilize site offices for land installation.
  • Plan work on site to eliminate or minimize safety-related risks.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure that all project members are aware of their responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree or formal qualification in civil engineering or construction management.
  • Experience: Proven experience in turn-key land cable installation projects, including civils and cable installation scope.
  • Qualification: UK NVQ/SMSTS, CSCS card to suit role.
  • Languages: Fluent English.
  • Social Skills: Ability to establish good relations with client and subcontractor representatives.
