Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Youth Support Specialist to provide essential care and support to young individuals facing various challenges.
Salary: £23,920.00 per annum
Work Schedule: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week - 2 on 4 off, 8am-11pm)
Key Requirements:
- Must possess a valid UK Driving Licence and have access to a personal vehicle.
- A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of young people.
- Demonstrated patience, resilience, and a calm demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Assist young individuals in attending appointments and engaging in activities such as shopping and outings.
- Complete necessary documentation accurately.
- Perform household tasks as required.
- Encourage and engage young people in various tasks and activities.
About Us: Outcomes First Group is committed to providing a supportive environment for vulnerable young individuals with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Our facilities are designed to foster growth and development.
How We Support You:
- Competitive salary of £23,920.00 per annum.
- Additional compensation for overnight shifts at £45.00 per night.
