IT Site Services Manager

Location: Remote

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to oversee the site services operations for our organization. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering technical assistance to staff, ensuring seamless functionality, and upholding compliance standards. Your contributions will be vital in steering IT initiatives and enhancing our support services.

  • Provide direct technical assistance to site personnel
  • Manage the installation, configuration, and upkeep of IT infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges related to software, operating systems, and network access
  • Work collaboratively with IT Shared Services and other IT teams
  • Engage in IT projects focused on system enhancements, network upgrades, and software deployments
  • Formulate local technology strategies and enforce goals, budgets, and timelines

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing a diverse end-user support team
  • Experience in a regulated setting with knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Comprehensive understanding of application software, desktop support, and IT security
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Strong communication skills
