This organization undertakes a diverse array of new construction and renovation projects for both public and private sector clients, with project values reaching up to £50 million.

The initial assignment will involve overseeing a traditional construction project focused on a care facility.


Key Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:


• Develop and manage the primary work schedules for projects, ensuring that no site activities commence until the health and safety protocols and the relevant construction phase plans are established.

• Provide guidance and support to the on-site team, fostering professional development within your group.• Adhere to the company's Quality Management Procedures and Standards.• Effectively manage all subcontractors and supply chain partners.• Ensure that best practices and quality standards are consistently upheld.• Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to both.• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.


Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:


• Proven track record of successfully managing projects exceeding £10 million in value at the Project Manager level for Main Contractors.

• Prior experience in leading care home or similar multi-occupancy projects.• Proficient in Project Planning methodologies.• Strong commercial acumen.• Comprehensive understanding of construction techniques, methodologies, and processes.
