Facility Maintenance Operative

£28,000 per annum

Your Responsibilities:
- Preparation of classrooms for educational activities.
- Setup for large-scale internal and external events, including arranging staging and heavy furniture.
- Configuration of examination rooms across various sites.
- Preparation of student areas for practical sessions.
- Maintenance of outdoor spaces, including litter collection, pressure washing, and lawn care.
- Conducting daily maintenance checks of all classrooms.
- Participating in site inspections and walkarounds in preparation for events.
- Assisting with the relocation of internal departments as needed.
- Daily collection of mail from the designated depot.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess relevant experience in facility maintenance, a solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations, and a valid UK driving license.
