Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues and answering queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Carry out incident management, ensuring that all incidents are documented and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation to support the service desk function.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in desktop/technical support positions.
  • Experience in documenting and knowledge sharing.
  • Good customer interaction skills.
  • Office 365 and Windows 10 knowledge.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (desirable).
  • VMware (desirable).
  • Networking knowledge (desirable).
